Track Your Order

Every Norra Collective print is made to order. Production usually takes 2–5 business days, and then your order is on its way.

Find your tracking link

As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a shipping confirmation with a tracking link. If you can't find it, check your spam or promotions folder for an email from Norra Collective.

Check your order online

Sign in to your account with the email you used at checkout to see your order status and tracking details.

Order status, explained

• Confirmed: we've received your order and it's queued for production.
• In production: your print is being printed and framed.
• Shipped: your order is with the carrier, and your tracking link is live. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show its first update.
• Delivered: your order has arrived.

Something not right?

If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your order shows as delivered but you can't find it, email info@norracollective.com with your order number. If an order is lost, damaged or misprinted, we'll replace it free. See Returns & Replacements.
